New Holden and Hyundai dealership opens in Capalaba…

JMH Project Management is excited to announce the completion of the latest Holden and Hyundai dealership in Capalaba.

Following on from our success with the Moreton Bay Ford service centre and showroom, we were thrilled to be chosen to continue our project management expertise in this kind of development and coordinate the preliminary design, approvals, tendering, demolition and construction management on behalf of the property owner and developer Doug Barton.

This latest project highlights our expertise in delivering high-quality management services to ensure projects in the automotive industry are delivered on time and to budget. Large scale dealerships require strict compliance with global brand guidelines and technical speciality given their multi-use function as showroom, office and service centre. Unique to this project was our management of the demolition of the site pre-construction.

We are proud to be called upon as key partners in dealership and service centre developments. It was also a pleasure coordinating on behalf of Mr Barton, Barton’s Motor Group (the tenant) and successful contractor Spaceframe Buildings.

Latest Ansett Aviation Training centre open…

JMH Project Management recently completed works on the latest Ansett Aviation Training (AAT) which opened on 23 November 2018.

The facility was officially opened by Minister for State Development, Manufacturing, Infrastructure and Planning Mr Cameron Dick and Chief Executive Officer at AAT Mr David Garside.

JMH Project Management were responsible for the co-ordination of the design, approvals, tendering and construction management of the building fit out.

Around 2000 pilots-in-the-making will now be trained in Queensland annually thanks to a new specialised pilot training base and state-of-the-art ATR 600 flight simulator: giving the state training capability for the world’s most popular medium aircraft in the growing Asia-Pacific region.

Our special thanks goes to Richard Anderson, Daryl Diffey and the Brisbane AAT team for partnering with JMH Project Management to help bring to life this world class facility.

Palfinger Australia and Gough Transport Solutions headquartered in Brisbane…

JMH Project Management was thrilled to complete a recent project with the Gough Group in the development of a new property facility for Palfinger Australia and Gough Transport Solutions headquartered in Brisbane.
